#Find a project
List view is useful for comparing status, runtime, and credits spent. Search, status, sort, and view choices stay with the project-list URL, so refreshing keeps the same view. Use Clear filters if the list has no matches.
Open Projects
Use the sidebar, then type part of the video title into Search projects.
Narrow the list
Open Any status and select a status. Choose Last edited or Oldest first, and switch between Grid view and List view.
Open the video
Select its thumbnail or title. A finished first cut opens in the editor; a project still building opens its progress page.
#What each status means
| Status | Meaning and next action |
|---|---|
| Queued / Building | The project is waiting to start or is being prepared. Open it to see progress. |
| Awaiting approval | A team owner or manager must approve the build. |
| Ready to edit | The first cut is ready. Open the editor to review it. |
| Rendering | A video export is being prepared. |
| Needs resume | The build stopped. Open the project and review the message before using Resume project. |
| Rendered | A rendered version exists. You can still open and edit the project. |
| Archived | A non-active project status shown by the project filter. This is not a recoverable-deletion bin. |
#Rename or delete projects
- Open Project options beside a title, or right-click a project thumbnail on desktop.
- Choose Rename, enter a project name, then Save name. Names can be up to 160 characters.
- Choose Delete video to remove one project. Read and confirm the deletion dialog.
- For multiple projects, use Select projects, choose the items, and press Delete. Select all selects the projects in the current filtered view; Clear removes the selection.
