Render history & downloads

Watch a saved version, download the MP4, and free a render slot without deleting the timeline.

On this page

#Open your saved versions

Click Renders in the editor’s top bar. The panel shows an active render when one is running, followed by completed versions. The newest item is labeled Latest render; earlier items show their render number.

Each completed item includes its age and file size, plus Play, Download, and Delete controls. An older render remains the version created at that time, regardless of later timeline changes.

#Watch a finished video

Choose Play to open the finished-video player. Use play/pause, the seek bar, volume, playback speed, and fullscreen to review it. On wider screens, skip controls move backward or forward by ten seconds.

The finished-video player has its own volume control. Changing it adjusts your listening volume, not the saved project mix. Close the player to return to the editor.

#Download the MP4

Choose Download beside a render, or use Download inside its player. The file is named from the project title. Check your browser’s download list to find it.

Play the downloaded file before publishing, especially after changes to captions, overlays, or audio. For a QR image, test scanning the code from the actual video rather than only the source image.

#Free a render slot

Deleting a stored render creates room within the three-render limit. Downloading by itself does not free a slot. In a team workspace, deleting renders may require an owner or manager.

A deleted render is not an editor undo step. Keep the downloaded file before removing a version you may need later.

  1. Keep a local copy if needed

Download the version and confirm it saved successfully.

  2. Choose Delete

Use the delete control for that version in Renders.

  3. Confirm Delete render

The confirmation removes that video file from render history. The editable timeline remains.
