Create an account and sign in
Set up your Kinema account, verify your email, and enter the right personal or team workspace.

#Create your account
Open Sign up from Kinema. Choose Continue with Google to use your Google account, or create an account with an email address and password. If you already have a Kinema account, choose Sign in instead.
If you are joining a team, use the email address that received the invitation. Check the account selected in Google before continuing.
Choose how to sign up
For Google, select Continue with Google and complete the Google sign-in. For email, enter Email and Password on Create your account.
Review the account terms
The sign-up form links to Terms and Privacy Policy. Review them before creating your account.
Submit the email form
Choose Create account. Complete any verification shown on the form, then look for Check your email.
#Verify an email sign-up
A rejected code leaves you on the verification screen with an error. Check the code and the destination email before trying again. If verification continues to fail, contact Support with the visible message.
Open the verification email
Find the 6-digit code sent to the address shown on Check your email. Check your spam or junk folder if it is missing.
Enter the code
Type it into Verification code, then choose Verify email.
Correct the address if needed
Use a different email returns to the sign-up form. Correct the address and complete the sign-up steps again.
#Sign in to an existing account
On Welcome back, select Continue with Google, or enter the account’s Email and Password and press Sign in. Use the sign-in method associated with the account that holds your projects.
If you originally used Google and have not set a password, continue with Google. Once signed in, Settings offers Set password where applicable. If you see This account needs extra verification to sign in and cannot continue, contact Support with that message.
#Enter your workspace
A personal workspace needs an active subscription. If Choose a plan to start creating appears, your account is signed in but needs a plan before you can create in that workspace. Review the displayed plan features and price, then choose Subscribe to the plan you want. This opens checkout.
After completing checkout, return to Kinema and check your plan and balance. One-time credit packs require an existing subscription; a top-up does not replace the initial plan. If the displayed account is wrong, use Log out and sign in to the intended account before subscribing.
#Join through a team invitation
Open the latest invitation link from your email. Sign in or create an account using the invited address, then follow the invitation screen into the team. If you see an account mismatch, choose Sign in as the invited email.
Team members use the team owner’s active plan and credits. You do not need your own subscription just to work in that team. A separate personal workspace needs its own plan. If a team is missing after sign-in, reopen the invitation link and check the workspace selector.
#Sign out or switch accounts
Open the account menu at the bottom of the workspace sidebar and choose Sign out. On the initial plan-access screen, the equivalent control is Log out. Sign in again with the account you want to use.
Switching accounts changes your signed-in identity. To move between your own personal and team workspaces, use the workspace selector instead.
