Use material you have permission to use and find Kinema’s current content and privacy policies.

#Use authorized material
Before uploading a script, recording, image, video, or logo, make sure you have permission to use it for your intended project. For a voice clone, presenter, or cast photo depicting a real person, obtain that person’s permission to use their voice or likeness.
The voice-clone dialog includes a permission confirmation. Check it only when you own the voice or have permission to clone it.
#Review the final video
Your uploaded material and generated output are covered by the current Terms of Service. Third-party media can have its own terms. Read those policies rather than assuming a source type or generated result grants every possible usage right.
- Verify factual statements, names, dates, captions, quotations, charts, and maps.
- Check that selected media is appropriate and that any applicable license or attribution requirements are satisfied.
- Review how real people are depicted and avoid misleading impersonation.
- Follow the publication platform’s requirements for your video, including any relevant synthetic-media disclosures.
#Account and workspace privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the information Kinema processes, including account details, workspace content, uploads, billing activity, and support messages. Use the Privacy and Terms links on the Kinema website for the current policies.
Share team access with the appropriate role. Remove a member or revoke a pending invitation when access is no longer needed. Keep connected account keys, private recordings, and payment information out of public screenshots.
Email preferences can be changed in Account settings. Account deletion is available there as a separate permanent action; review its confirmation and save files you need before proceeding.
#Questions or a content concern
Choose Support from the account menu or email hello@kinema.cc with the relevant project link and a clear description. For privacy, rights, or billing requests, use the instructions in the applicable policy so the request includes the needed information.
