Credit usage

See when credits were spent, which projects used them, and how your balance changed.

#Open Usage

Open Usage in Settings for a detailed view of credits. The summary shows spend for a chosen time window, a chart, totals by project, and All activity. Plans & credits also gives a compact recent-usage preview.

#Find the activity you need

  1. Choose a workspace

Select personal activity or a team view when you are an owner or manager with access to its logs.

  2. Choose a time window

Use Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Account lifetime for the spend summary and chart.

  3. Find a project

Search the By project section for the title you want to inspect.

  4. Check All activity

Read the date, action, project, and credit change. Team activity can also show the member associated with the action.

#Common credit entries

Negative values reduce the balance; positive values add to it. The spend chart summarizes spending, while All activity includes both additions and deductions. That is why a chart total is not the same as your current balance.

EntryMeaning
Video buildCredits used to create a project.
Re-renderCredits used for another export.
Length adjustment / refundA correction related to the final length of the project.
Credit packA purchased top-up added to the balance.
Plan creditsA subscription allowance added to the balance.
Build refundA credit return shown for a build.
Promotional credits / expirationA promotional grant or the expiration of that grant.

#If a charge is unclear

Compare the project title and time with the build or render you started. Check for separate adjustments rather than treating every row as a new video. If the entry still looks wrong, send Support the project link, action label, and date.

Team editors cannot see team credit logs. Ask the owner or a manager to review the activity instead of switching accounts or creating another project.
