Save a repeatable setup for each channel, including sources, style, voice, and presenter.

#What a brand profile saves
A brand profile keeps a channel’s creation preferences together. Save its name or linked channel, source choices, AI look, graphics theme, narration voice, and presenter choice. Pick the profile in the composer to start the next video from that setup.
Profile presets are starting points. Changes you make in a project’s composer apply to that build and do not automatically rewrite the profile.
#Create a profile
Open Brand profiles
Choose Brand profiles in the sidebar, then New profile.
Identify the channel
Paste a YouTube channel URL and choose Link where lookup is available, or select Use a name instead. A channel name is enough to continue.
Choose sources
Set the types of footage, imagery, and extras this channel normally uses.
Set the look and theme
If AI media is selected, choose its look. Pick a graphics theme using the comparison reels.
Choose voice and presenter
Select a narrator for script projects and a presenter for builds that use AI presenter.
Save
Finish the setup or choose Save & exit. Closing an unfinished or edited profile can prompt you to discard unsaved changes.
#Apply or change a default
Use the profile selector at the top of the Dashboard composer. You can also choose Brand profile in Advanced settings. Check the resulting sources, voice, and styling before submitting.
In Brand profiles, the profile menu offers Edit and Make default. A default profile is marked on its card. Edit the profile and save when you want future videos to inherit a different setup.
#Manage profiles safely
- Use a separate profile for channels with different narrators, presenters, or visual treatments.
- An uploaded voiceover supplies its own narration and ignores a saved narration-voice choice.
- A saved presenter is used only when the build includes AI presenter.
- Delete profile removes the saved choices; videos already built retain their look. Team editors can create and edit profiles but cannot delete them.
