Overview

Kinema is a video production workspace for creating source-aware videos from a project brief, reference material, and voiceover.

What Kinema does

Kinema helps creators turn a video idea into a reviewable production. The workspace collects the project name, optional reference notes, voiceover, production mode, and source policy. Kinema then builds a project plan and routes the user to the project URL while generation runs.

When the timeline is ready, the project opens in the editor. The editor is where users preview the cut, inspect beats, replace assets, adjust captions, change music volume, and render the finished MP4.

Where everything lives

  • Workspace: start a new project, filter project states, and open existing videos.
  • Project URL: shows build progress, failed states, resume actions, and ready-to-edit status.
  • Editor: beat-level editing, preview playback, timeline tracks, media replacement, and rendering.

Early access

Kinema is in early access, so you may be on the waitlist before your account is activated, and some features are still being added or refined. If you have an invite, sign in to start building right away. We roll out improvements often, so expect the workspace and editor to keep evolving.
